The kindest of reviews really cannot reflect the praise that Keegan deserves-but I will do my best to explain that Keegan is a spectacular realtor, and we cannot recommend him highly enough to those looking to buy. My husband and I are a Navy family, who went into working with Keegan without knowing 1) what type of property we were looking for or 2) where we were looking to live within the San Diego area. Keegan not only found us our dream house, but consistently went above and beyond for us in attaining the house, in setting up the inspections, and in checking on the house before we could move in. Keegan also has excellent communication skills. He is the most responsive professional I have worked in under any setting. We were constantly updated with the progress of our offer, inspection, and closing. He addressed any questions or concerns we had (however seemingly “minor” to us) at an incredible response time. Keep in mind, these negotiations were largely taking place while my husband and I were on the East Coast and, at one point, when Keegan was on a different continent. This communication point is two-fold. Keegan also took additional time to educate us on the process by defining unfamiliar terms, outlining timelines, and highlighting key points with each step. Keegan explained his strategy in depth, detailing the positives and negatives to each alternative. You can tell how much somebody knows understands a practice by their ability to teach others. Keegan is also just delightful to be around as he is incredibly humble and kind. My husband and I agree-we feel like we have so much to learn from Keegan and admire him greatly.
